Organic tastes beettr. I’m not sure how much simpler I can put it. I started buying and eating organic at a friend’s urging a few years ago, and when I can’t get something (usually milk) in an organic state, I can taste the difference.Even my mother, a noted critic of the environmental movement when I talk to her, changed her tune a lot after eating some organic cheese I had left at her house after visiting. And she’s notorious for not liking anything!It’s good for our bodies, it’s good for our planet, and most importantly, it’s good for the future.
